I’m kind of chasing my tail with a backlog of posts that seems to be piling up week after week! So blogposts and events may seem a little ‘off’… with timing and all.

It tasted as good as it looks! So many components to this little dessert with so many textures! Mousse, soaked sponge, chocolate crispy balls, chocolate, cream.. oh my! The desserts on display reminds me of the wonderful and delectable delights at Adriano Zumbo’s patisserie cabinet!

Spent a few hours soaking up some sun at the Redheads Gourmet BBQ Festival a few weeks back!

Chowed down this pork slider… if my memory serves me correctly, the bread was kind of stale and dry, the pork although flavourful and incredibly tender was overwhelmingly salty and the fresh crunchy slaw underneath the mound of pork didn’t offer much relief.

I know what you mean about a backlog of posts! I feel like I’m drowning in them!
Very disappointing about the pork slider, because it looks delicious. Did you try Happy Motel’s offerings at the BBQ Fest? I was in love with their skirt sanga.
I thought their pork was doing okay Natasha. My wife loved the skirt sanga~~
I didn’t come across the skirt sanga! We went quite late during the day and settled for whatever we could find. Heh.
