Vietnamese spring rolls with rice paper
These spring rolls arrived crispy and piping hot! A good dip into the sweet chilli sauce provided and life is good. Unfortunately they were on the oily side cause after we finished our serve, there was a small pool of oil left behind on the plate. (Psst… I think it needed a bit more time to drain out the excess oil. :/ )

Thai fried rice with chicken, diced vegetables and egg; $15.90
One of my favourites at Chopstix; lots of flavour and a huge generous serving with tender chicken pieces. It was more than enough for dinner so the rest was doggy bagged for lunch the next day.

Char-grilled lemongrass chicken: grilled chicken served on a bed of garden fresh salad, dressed with Vietnamese lime dressing and topped with peanuts; $17.90
Not as the description suggests as the chicken was pan fried as opposed to being char-grilled. A shame really, cause char-grilled chicken with lemongrass would’ve made such a fragrant dish with huge hits of smoky and lemongrass goodness. Instead, I found the meat too dry and bland so extra lashings of the provided fish sauce was poured over and each mouthful was accompanied with the shredded salad of lettuce, shredded carrots and cucumber slices.
