Tincat Cafe, I came back to you – for brunch this time around. The place was buzzing with people as always, decor and furniture: artsy, bric bracky with a certain charm.


Bruschetta with mushrooms, rocket and cheese, $14.00
Benedict: giant english muffins with poached eggs, hollandaise sauce and honey cured ham, $17.00
Loved the bruschetta! Crispy bread with a soft pillow of fluff in the centre with flavourful mushrooms and delicious creamy cheese. Bliss on a Saturday morning!
The benedict on the other hand was on the mediocre side as the hollandaise sauce tasted sour. Aside from that, eggs were poached to perfection and teamed exceptionally well with the english muffin, honey cured ham and rocket leaves.
